Three Days Grace are showing some grace, shining a spotlight on the city of Mayfield, Kentucky which late last year took the brunt of one of the deadliest tornados in recent history. The band's new video for "Lifetime" finds singer Matt Walst as well as members of the Mayfield community walking among the ruins of last December's EF4 tornado.

On Dec. 10, 2021, heavy storms started to wreak havoc on the midwestern states of Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Kentucky, Arkansas, Tennessee and Mississippi, but the town that took the most severe damage was Mayfield, Kentucky when the tornado struck. As seen in the video, a radio report synopsis details that 730 structures within the town were destroyed, with 847 families displaced as a result. But the volunteer outpouring in the aftermath has been impressive and inspired hope amidst the destruction.

For their new Jon Vulpine-directed video "Lifetime," a song which speaks to the sometimes sudden life-altering events, Three Days Grace singer Matt Walst is shown walking through the city streets, where trees have been severed, houses demolished and very little was left standing. The clip also shows some of the outcome with the local rescue shelter filled with animals that were also displaced after the tornado.

Three Days Grace are doing their part, getting the word out on how fans can donate to a Mayfield tornado relief GoFundMe campaign as well as funding that can assist Mayfield Independent School District Students. The band is also taking things a step further by donating a $1 from every ticket sold on their U.S. tour to these organizations as well.

Speaking of touring, the band has extended their touring into the summer and fall. Wage War and Zero 9:36 will be joining the band for dates in July and August, while The Warning and The Standstills will be on board for touring in Canada this fall.
