Throw out the team records -- it's rivalry week here in the state of Michigan with the Wolverines and Spartans hitting the football field this Saturday. Let the trash-talking begin.

Regardless of what either team has done in prior weeks, this is always a good one to watch and be a part of.

The Michigan Wolverines are ranked 14th in the nation as they welcome the Michigan State Spartans to the Big House this Saturday with kick-off set for noon. Now in years past, stakes may have been higher, but it doesn't matter as both teams will have their A-game ready to go.

Michigan who was off last week is healthy and the offense has been putting up some points in recent weeks leading up to the big game. The Spartans who last week lost to Illinois after leading 28-3 at one point. Sparty has won eight of the last 11 meetings between the two teams and Michigan is looking for back-to-back wins against the Spartans for the first time in a long time. Who is going to raise the Paul Bunyon trophy this year?
