UFC fighter Conor McGregor is back in the news this week with his first court hearing after attacking a bus full of fighters after a press conference for UFC 223 back in April.

McGregor whose last fight was a boxing match against Floyd Mayweather in 2017. He was in New York for the UFC 223 press conference when afterward he threw a hand truck and multiple objects towards some of the fighters who were scheduled to fight the next day. After being struck by some of the objects UFC had to cancel the fights due to injuries. One of the fighters who was injured was Khabib Nurmagomedov, who is rumored to be fighting McGregor when and if he makes his UFC comeback later this year.

He goes on by saying that he regrets his actions that lead to the court appearance today and that he understands the seriousness of this matter and hopes to have everything worked out soon. His next court date is later in July and if convicted McGregor could face up to seven years in prison. But we all know that won't happen.

Stay tuned for this melee of a circus.
