SPOILER FREE: If you watched the Gotham Stock Exchange scene in 'The Dark Knight Rises' closely enough, you may have noticed a dude who looked a lot like Leonardo DiCaprio. But was it really him?

Just about everybody who had a major role in Christopher Nolan's 2010 film 'Inception' -- Tom Hardy (Bane), Marion Cotillard (Miranda Tate), Joseph Gordon-Levitt (John Blake) and, of course, Nolan regular Michael Caine -- made it to the cast of his next film, 'The Dark Knight Rises.' Early on it was speculated that Leonardo DiCaprio would make the jump to TDKR as well. Despite Warner Bros. wanting Nolan to cast DiCaprio as The Riddler, that ship would, ultimately, never set sail. But that doesn't mean DiCaprio didn't drop in for a cameo appearance in the final chapter in Nolan's Batman trilogy.

During a scene that takes place in a Gotham's version of Wall Street, the Gotham Stock Exchange, there is a gentleman getting his shoes shined. Accompanying him is a man they show briefly, but just enough for you to notice he looks almost identical to DiCaprio. Immediately after the movie, which is pretty amazing by the way, I dug in to get to the bottom of the case. So was it DiCaprio? No.

The actor in question is Ben Cornish, who does look a lot like Leonardo DiCaprio but clearly is not. See for yourself below.

Not Leonardo DiCaprio
