Winning $2 Million Powerball Ticket Sold in Flint

Someone living in the Flint area is on top of the world today as they're $2 million richer after winning big in the Powerball lottery over the weekend.

According to MLive, a lucky player in Michigan was just one number away from winning the $98 million Powerball jackpot for the drawing held on Saturday, Jan. 12. The winning ticket was sold at Randy's Food Center on G-5272 Miller Rd., Flint.

At this moment, it's unclear who the big winner is but I'm sure we'll find out soon enough. If you still haven't checked to see if it's you, the winning numbers were 7-36-48-57-58 with 24 being the Red Powerball Number and 2 being the Power Play Number.

I'm so freaking jealous of the winner but also so happy for them since they're most likely from the Flint area.

The next drawing is this Wednesday, Jan. 16 and will be worth $112 million with a cash option of $68 million.
