Woman Arrested For Allowing Teen To Get Tattoo

A 35 year old Florida woman was arrested for allegedly allowing a 14 year old girl in her care to get a tattoo.

Jennifer Filippelli and the tattoo artist Jose Lopez are being charged with child abuse.  No joke.  Lopez is also accused of not even having a license to tattoo.

The pair were found out because the 14 year old girl posted on her facebook that she was getting the ink.  Her father saw this and called police.
