The world's largest firework was launched at the 2020 Winter Carnival in Colorado and it looked awesome.

The world's largest firework shell was launched off of Emerald Mountain in Steamboat Springs, Colorado at the 2020 Winter Carnival. The shell itself weighed in at 2,797 pounds and 62 inches in size. When you watch it in the video, it feels like you're watching some old test footage of atomic bombs.

In the video, you see the first flash of the shell leaving the ground around six seconds into the video. After that, it takes almost 16 seconds for it to explode and several more seconds until you can actually hear it. That is one big ass explosive!

I so wish I could have been there for this because it would have been amazing to see in person. I always looked forward to the big fireworks shows when I was growing up. To me, the bigger the bang the better! This one would have taken that cake to see live.
