WTF? Michigan Man Displays Rather Unique Road Sign

It is unfortunate, but not uncommon for Michigan residents to see people holding roadside signs asking for money or food. However, this is the first time (as far as I know) that a message like this has been displayed on a 4 x 8 sheet of OSB in the Great Lakes State.

The sign I am referring to was on display at the corner of Common and Utica Roads in Roseville. From what I understand, many people in the area were still without power at the time, and it did make people in the area chuckle. However, I am quite sure everyone that saw the sign was not laughing.

For the most part, people on social media were laughing at the shared photo. My question along with a lot of others is - what the heck is on the other sign? Unfortunately at this time I still don't know.

So what exactly was spray painted on this sign?
