Hot Dog & Sausage Council Not Amused With Butt Cancer Sign

First of all who knew there was a Hot Dog & Sausage Council and how do I get on it?  It is a real thing and the council is not amused by a sign in Chicago that reads, "Hot Dogs Cause Butt Cancer". I certainly am amused by it.

The billboard was purchased by a group called "Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine". The PCRM are putting up these advertisements in major cities throughout the United States.  The group claims that hot dogs are a leading cause of colon cancer as well as other cancers.

The National Hot Dog & Sausage Council is calling the ads "outrageous" and "inflammatory" according to MSNBC. Really the only thing I have ever heard about hot dogs is that they were made from pig a-holes and various parts. Hmm, makes you wonder about the phrase "you are what you eat"?

With that being said, I think hot dogs dogs taste pretty damn good!  As far as sausage goes, I asked a pro - Chris Monroe.  It was hard to understand him because as usual, he had a sausage down his throat, but he sure looked happy!  My advice, "Serve the Curve"!
