3 Doors Down bassist Todd Harrell's battles with drink and drugs are continuing. The musician was taken into custody Tuesday (Feb. 18) in D'Iberville, Mississippi after police found him passed out in his vehicle at a street intersection.
3 Doors Down started off with a bang when their hit single ‘Kryptonite’ blew up back in 2000, creating a buzz for the band seemingly overnight. Their debut disc ‘The Better Life’ would go on to yield four hit singles and move more than 5 million copies, launching their career into an upward trajectory.
After recently announcing they will be releasing a greatest hits album on Nov. 19, 3 Doors Down have made the single 'One Light' available for free download. It's one of three new songs in the collection.
In conjunction with their upcoming greatest hits disc due out this November, 3 Doors Down will spend the majority of the winter months out on a run of co-headlining U.S. tour dates with Daughtry. The trek kicks off on Nov. 17 in Tunica, Miss., and is scheduled to wrap on Dec. 15 in Anaheim, Calif.

He was taken in by D’Iberville, Mississippi police after his involvement in a car accident where he allegedly failed to stop at an intersection and crashed into a pickup truck.

Most recently, the gents joined up with the Home Depot Foundation and the Mission Continues to help rebuild the West Los Angeles Veterans Administration Medical Center, a home for homeless veterans recovering from substance abuse, mental illness and post-traumatic stress disorder.
