Karaoke is pretty awesome to begin with. Add Tourettes Syndrome to that -- it becomes the greatest thing ever! I have spent many a drunk nights singing karaoke with my drunk friends. Our goal is always to have fun and make everyone laugh but having this guy with us would be the best. I want to see Lance take on this guy in a karaoke challenge.
