2026 PDGA Professional Disc Golf World Championships Coming to Milford

Calling all disc golf fans. The 2026 PDGA Professional Disc Golf World Championships are coming to Michigan. It's a great opportunity to see some of the world's best disc golfers compete.

The excitement takes place from August 26th through August 30th, 2026, at Kensington Metropark in Milford. Fans will have the opportunity to experience five days of world-class disc golf action.

The event will also feature family-friendly activities, food options, and a variety of vendors.

Where is Kensington Metropark located?

Kensington Metropark is at 4570 Huron River Parkway, Milford, 48381.

If you are traveling from the Flint area, expect the drive to take around 40 minutes, depending on traffic and your exact starting location. Those coming from Lapeer should plan for approximately a one-hour drive.

Full disclosure: I know absolutely nothing about disc golf when it comes to how the game is played or what the rules are. Sure, I know it involves throwing discs and aiming for baskets, but beyond that, I am pretty much clueless.
