$320 Million Winning Powerball Ticket Sold In Lapeer

One lucky person in Lapeer just walked away with the winning Powerball ticket worth $320 million!  The single ticket was sold at a Lapeer Sunoco station and matched all five numbers including the red ‘Powerball’ number.  That ticket became the fourth biggest prize in the game’s history and the 10th largest lottery jackpot ever in the United States.

No details have been given about the winner yet but I hope it's someone I know.  I have no problem being "that guy" and mooching off them!

The winning numbers were 56, 27, 46, 6 and 51. And the Powerball was 21.

The estimated cash value of last night’s jackpot — if a winner decides to take the winnings all at once in a lump sum — is estimated at $213.3 million. The odds of winning the big jackpot are one in 175,223,510,000.
