Genesee County will soon welcome a new Ace Hardware location.

I saw on various community Facebook pages that an Ace Hardware store is opening in a former Rite Aid location, but you know you can't trust everything you read on social media.

In this case, some people were indeed correct.

Where is the new Ace Hardware store opening in Genesee County?

Fenton will be the home of the newest Ace Hardware store in Genesee County.

The new store will be at 1001 North Leroy Street, in the same plaza as Hungry Howie's Pizza.

If you are not handy, you might be surprised that Ace Hardware stores offer more than just hammers and nails.
