Ann Arbor Teen Arrested For Running Over Ducks

A 19 year old Ann Arbor teen is a accused of deliberately running over four baby ducks.

Dillon Robert Pearce was leaving a McDonald's drive-thru when he ran over the ducks.  According to nbcactionnews McDonald's employees contacted authorities after witnessing the hit and run.

Oh, by the way is was driving a hummer.

Pearce was arrested shortly after the incident and is now facing a four year prison sentence.  He will be in court on May, 4th.

What are your thoughts?  If Pearce is convicted do you think four years is reasonable or too much?
