Bay County Man’s Body Found in Saginaw River [VIDEO]

Last month we told you about bob Billingsley from Bay County that went missing on March 14th after walking away from his job. Well, after a month of searching it all comes to an end as his body was recently found by a pedestrian who spotted the body near a boat launch in the Saginaw river.
