Be Careful, Michiganders: Fake Unemployment Emails Are Going Around

A friendly reminder to check, double-check and triple-check the origins of emails.

We're laughing at this because we just got done with training through the radio station about how to spot a phishing email. Low and behold, here's one for ya:

Our former coworker, who is on unemployment right now, received this email yesterday, seemingly regarding his benefits. Upon further inspection, he found out that this was not a legit email.

Long story short, be careful. Be vigilent. There are a LOT of scummy people out there who want to take advantage of others right now.
