Hinkley Bakery in Jackson, like many donut shops in Michigan, makes its donuts from scratch, but there’s just something special about this place that keeps customers coming back for more. Not only do they come back, but they’re willing to stand in a line that stretches out the door. Maybe it’s the four generations of expertise that go into each tasty bite, making every donut worth the wait.
