Billy Dee Williams Explains Why Lando Gave Up Han Solo

When Lando Calrissian betrayed Han Solo to Darth Vader, I was pissed.  It always rubbed me the wrong way that Lando could betray his friend so easily, but according to actor Billy Dee Williams, people who think Lando betrayed Solo are all wrong. 

I'm not sure if I'm buying what Williams is selling here.  He rationalizes that Lando's actions were ultimately made with intentions to help keep Solo alive.  If he hadn't given them to Vader, Vader would have killed everybody.  I guess you can look at like that, but knowing what I know, I wouldn't trust Lando at all.
