Unveiling The New Chapter Of BJ's Bar In Burton

A popular Burton, Michigan bar is under new ownership.

BJ's Bar, also known as Dancing Sandwiches, has been a staple in Genesee County since the 1970s. Tim and Linda Jackson purchased the bar in 2016 and have recently sold this unique establishment.

Tim and Linda posted the following message on social media yesterday to say their goodbyes and thank BJ's customers and staff for so many wonderful years,

Hello Everyone, it is with bittersweet sadness that we have decided to sell the bar. Today will be our last day we will be running it. Tomorrow the new owners will be taking over.
We have made a family with all of our staff and appreciate them so much. The people that we have met along the way have been awesome and became great friends. THANK YOU All for your patronage. I’m sure we will be seeing you in the future.

As of today, the new owners Jeremy and April Corthals are running the show. Guests can continue to count on the same great service and food at BJ's Bar.
