If you are looking for something cool to do this weekend, head to Camp Dearborn and ride Michigan's largest zip line.

Well, time to add another item to this year's summertime bucket list in Michigan. I have been to quite a few places lately with zip lines. First, my daughter's sixth-grade camp, whether I was a volunteer at the ropes course station. Second, I went to the big water park in Ohio where they have a big ropes course set up above the pool area. Sadly, I didn't get a chance to try either one.

I'm going to have to change that and visit Camp Dearborn. This zip line is only $13/ride and six stories tall and over a quarter mile long. Actually, you travel a distance of 1,436 feet at speeds up to 35 miles per hour. The ride itself is about 40 seconds long as well.

Who is ready to go with me?
