Exciting news for Genesee County: A popular Mexican restaurant with locations in Fenton, Linden, and Saline will open a third location in Clio.

Where will Cancun Mexican Restaurant open in Clio?

Cancun will open at the former Joe's Garage Sports Pub at 6468 West Vienna Road.

This will be the largest Cancun restaurant to date, with a capacity of roughly 250 people.

What are the locations of the other three Cancun Mexican Restaurants?

The original Cancun Mexican Restaurant and Cantina is at 1204 North Leroy Street in Fenton, (48430).

Cancun Mexican Restaurant 2 is on Lobdell Lake in Linden, 8291 Silver Lake Road, (48451).

Jalisco Mexican Restaurant and Cantina is at 1375 East Michigan Avenue in Saline, (48176).

If you have never dined at Cancun Mexican Restaurants, you are in for a real treat. My go-to dish is the Burrito Preferido - you choose grilled steak or chicken, with chorizo, shrimp, pineapple, and cheese sauce on top. The fish tacos are another favorite.
