Chick Gets a Plate Broken Over Her Face During Halloween Fight [VIDEO]

I've been a part of some pretty crazy Halloweens, but this video features one of the craziest Halloween events I've ever seen.  Watch this video of a woman getting blasted in the face at a crowded restaurant on Halloween. 

I doubt this is going to top the bus driver punching the woman in the face, but it's a contender for video of the year in my opinion.  I don't know what these people are fighting about, but when homeboy picks up the dirty plate and whips it at that woman and busts her in the face, I couldn't believe it.
