There are many mythical creatures rumored to exist in our world: The Lochness Monster, Sasquatch, Leprechauns, C.H.U.D.'s, etc. Now citizens of Minnesota are claiming that they have found remains of the ever-elusive chupacabra.

There have been several chupacabra sightings in the past decade, most of them being written of as other things. One case last year where animal control officers were shooting chupacabra in Texas, was explained by claiming they were taking out coyote-dog hybrids with cases of mange. Another case in Texas had a reported 'chupacabra' revealed as a gray fox with severe mange. Are these all cases of mistaken identity or cover-ups? Where's David Duchovny when you need him?

Whether you believe or not, the latest potential sighting happened much further to the north in Minnesota. A strange animal was found as roadkill by a local resident and after posting the pictures she took of it to Facebook, the media circus began. Although DNR explains it as a hairless badger with an elongated tail, I'm taking a different stance: baby werewolf.

Check out this news report (that looks to be a college news station, or just a really bad regular one) from KSAX-TV explaining the situation.
