Cinnamom In Grand Blanc Seeks Help Identifying Burglar

Cinnamom in Grand Blanc Township is asking the public for help identifying the person who broke into the business over the weekend.

The business is located at the corner of Saginaw Road and East Maple Road.

Surveillance footage captured the culprit early Sunday morning, November 16, 2025. According to a Facebook post from the popular Genesee County business, the intruder smashed the door with a hammer to gain entry before stealing Monster energy drinks and cinnamon rolls.

Get this, the thief left the business but then returned to retrieve the hammer that had been left behind and to take cash from the register. The person also smashed the screen on the point-of-sale (POS) system.

As you can imagine, the Facebook post featuring the intruder has been shared widely on social media. To my knowledge, the person has not yet been identified.

Chances are, I am not the only one craving a cinnamon roll right about now.

I am guessing it is only a matter of time before this person is brought to justice. Someone out there has to recognize this individual, and hopefully that leads to a quick arrest.
