Clydesdale Horses Part Of Salvation Army Fundraiser Saturday In Linden
You can do your part to 'Help Rescue Christmas' this Saturday at Alpine Marketplace in Linden.
The Genesee County Salvation Army will be on hand collecting your donations of cash and toys for local families in need this holiday season. Alpine Marketplace customers will also have the option to 'round up' their in store purchase amount to donate to the Salvation Army.
But wait, there is more. The Camelot Clydesdale Carriages horses will be on hand too. You and your family are invited to come out to make your donation, and see the beautiful Clydesdale horses between the hours of 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.
I don't think it is a secret that 2020 has been tough on so many people. If you are able to give anything - it is greatly appreciated. Alpine Marketplace is located at 604 West Broad Street in Linden. I will tell you from personal experience, Alpine has excellent fried chicken, and a killer spinach dip. Both made in house.
Below is additional information on the event via the Alpine Marketplace Facebook page,
