12 Concerts to Check Out at Freedom Hill in Sterling Heights 2023
The Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre at Freedom Hill in Sterling Heights is off to a solid start with the announcement of so many awesome shows for the 2023 summer concert season.
Even though it's technically called the Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre at Freedom Hill, to most of us, it will always be referred to as Freedom Hill.
The music venue was called the Jerome-Duncan Ford Theatre at Freedom Hill until 2016.
The Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre is very much like Pine Knob as it has a covered pavilion and lawn section for concertgoers. The amphitheatre can hold just over 7,000 people. That's roughly half of what Pine Knob can accommodate.
When is the First Show of the Summer at Freedom Hill?
Freedom Hill's summer concert season will kick off on Friday, June 2 with Louis Tomlinson.
So far there are over 20 concerts listed on the 313 Presents website with more shows to be announced in the coming weeks. We'll update the list below as those shows are announced.
