Cops Beats Up A Man In A Wheel Chair At A Detox Facility [VIDEO]

I'm not one to pick sides on things like this but this seems like a bit much. I'm sure this cop has to deal with rowdy people everyday but that guy didn't stand a chance.  On the other hand, he did hit the cop in the face.  What do you think?
