The Detroit Lions Have a New Official Soft Drink Starting Saturday
Pepsi drinkers are going to be pissed!
Starting on Saturday, April 22, 2023, the Detroit Lions have a new official soft drink. Coca-Cola has now taken over the den at Ford Field. The Detroit Lions organization made the announcement on Thursday morning.
Now, Coca-Cola products will be available for fans to enjoy when enjoying their next trip to Ford Field. The soft drink will be served throughout the concessions stands of the arena and all Lions Loyal Marketplaces. The Lions have partnered with Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling and this will mark the first time that the soft drink has been offered at Ford Field.

Now fans will be able to get Coca-Cola, Sprite, Dr Pepper, smartwater, and more when visiting Ford Field. Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling operates across 10 states and also has facilities in Michigan including Alpena, Caledonia, Flint, Grand Rapids, Highland Park, Kincheloe, Lansing, Traverse City, and Van Buren.
Fans can expect to see Coca-Cola branding throughout the stadium in areas such as the Gate A super column, the Lions Loyal Marketplaces, the new Detroit Lions players entrance that will debut in 2023, and more.
This is perfect as it gives us rowdy fans something else to argue about. Which is superior? Coca-Cola or Pepsi? If you answered Pepsi, I'm sorry but you are wrong. Yea, I said it. I'm looking forward to a nice cold Dr Pepper on my next visit now.
