Dog Found Dead And Taped, Former Owner Speaks Out [VIDEO]

Last week, a couple people found a dog the was beaten to death and bound with electrical tape. Police are now charging Nathan McCue and Jessica Brown, in this disgusting act. Now, the former owner of the dog is speaking out. 

Joyce Hascall is a certified breeder and raises dogs and finds them homes all over the United States. Dakota, the dog found beaten and murdered, was placed with Brown. Brown is the daughter of Hascall's niece and was trusted to take care of the dog.

Apparently, the dog was beaten to death after urinating on Nathan McCue's clothes.
