Wow, this one is really disturbing.

A 40-year-old man from Buena Vista Township is facing 10 criminal charges after police say he killed his ex-girlfriend’s dogs and then sent her photos of what he did. Yeah…like I said, disturbing.

According to ABC 12, this all started just after midnight on March 16. The man allegedly sent a message to the woman’s sister, basically saying that if he didn’t hear back within 10 minutes, he was going to kill the dogs. That’s not just unhinged, that’s straight-up terrifying. And sadly, he wasn’t bluffing.

Police later carried out a search warrant at his home and said they found both dogs dead inside. They also recovered two guns and ammunition during the search.

He was eventually pulled over and arrested during a traffic stop and is now sitting in the Saginaw County Jail waiting to be arraigned.

The most serious charges he’s facing are two counts of first-degree torturing or killing an animal, and each of those could carry up to 10 years in prison.

And honestly…good. Someone like this has no business walking the streets.

This wasn’t just about the dogs. This was about control, intimidation, and trying to hurt someone in the worst way possible.

Just a brutal, messed-up situation all the way around.
