Are People in Saginaw Okay? Three Bodies Found in One Week
What is going on in Saginaw lately?
For the third time in about a week, a body has been discovered outside a local business, and yeah…that’s not something you hear every day. Sure, Saginaw has its fair share of crime, but this feels a little out of the ordinary.
According to ABC 12, the latest happened Monday night at the Walgreens on State Street and Center Road. A customer found a 50-year-old man from Gaylord dead inside his vehicle in the parking lot.

Here’s the part that’s a little eerie. Surveillance footage shows his car had been sitting there since Friday, and he never even went into the store. So the car sat there all weekend with his body inside…without anyone realizing it.
Police say there weren’t any signs of trauma, and at this point, they’re not thinking foul play. They’ve got an autopsy scheduled to try and piece together what actually happened.
Two Bodies Found Near Meijer in Saginaw Within Days
This wasn’t an isolated situation either.
Just days before, two more bodies were found near the Meijer on Tittabawassee Road. One was an elderly man found dead in his car on March 8. Then, on March 11, skeletal remains were discovered behind the same store.
Again, authorities say they don’t believe foul play is involved in either case.
Still, three separate discoveries like this in such a short time? That’s enough to make anyone stop and say…what in the world is going on?
