Father Arrested After Plumber Witnesses Child Abuse [VIDEO]

After being hired to do some work, this plumber witnessed a father verbally abuse his children and grab his daughter by the face and throw her in a room. This made the plumber sick to his stomach and he called police right away. Some people would just turn their head and mind their own business but not this guy.
