The annual Fenton Adopt-A-Pet Picnic happens this Saturday, July 17th. This fundraiser is a blast. Patrons can enjoy delicious food, drinks, and fun while supporting a great cause. Here are all of the doggone details.

Where is the picnic?

The picnic will be on the grounds of Adopt-A-Pet, located at 13575 North Fenton Road in Fenton.

What time is the party?

Picnic hours are 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM

How much is it to attend?

Cost is a $10 minimum donation. That does include food, music and fun. Beverages from the beer tent are an extra cost. Beer and wine will be from Fenton Winery & Brewery, and some of the great food will be from Beale Street Smokehouse also of Fenton. You may purchase tickets in advance here.

Will there be music?

Yes! Shout out to STAR the Band is donating their talents and playing music this year. There will also be corn hole, a silent auction and a Michigan Lottery ticket basket raffle.

Adopt-A-Pet of Fenton is a non-profit animal rescue for dogs/pups and cats/kittens. They strive to locate loving permanent homes for animals. All Fenton Adopt-A-Pet animals are current on shots, testing and are spayed/neutered. All are wormed prior to placing them in loving homes.
They also offer a low cost Spay/Neuter program for people in the community who need help. Anyone using this program must be receiving some sort of financial assistance to qualify. Adopt-A-Pet of Fenton aslso offers a Trap/Neuter/Return (TNR) program for people caring for stray or community cats. The minimum fee to fix these cats is $35 per cat.
