Fight Club – The Musical?

I think "Fight Club" is an awesome movie.  That being said, I am not sure how I feel about a "Fight Club" musical.

"Fight Club" director David Fincher has expressed interest in turning the movie into a musical.  Rumor has it he is in talks with Trent Reznor (NIN) to get the project started.

The film was based on the book by Charles Palahnuik, who said:

"If it happens, it would be extraordinary.  Everybody would look at me like a leper, I always saw it as a comedy".

It would be interesting that is for sure.  I vote for Ivan Moody (Five Finger Death Punch) to play "Tyler Durden".
