Flint U of M Students Hosting Prom Dress Drive For Local Girls

Some Flint U of M students are putting together a dress drive to ensure that area girls get the prom experience of their dreams. Prom dresses are not in the budget for many local families and these students want to be sure any girl that wants to attend prom will be looking and feeling her best!

The mission of the event, 'My Dreams Do Come True' is to offer donated new and used formal gowns to deserving high school girls of Mid Michigan who are in financial difficulty so that they may create a memory of a lifetime by attending their high school prom. Not only will they be collecting dresses, they will be accepting shoes, jewelery and monetary donations.
