Genesee County Big John Locations Add New Menu Item

Calling all Big John Steak & Onion lovers, the iconic Genesee County restaurant has added a new menu item.

Say hello to the Big John Steak & Onion Quesadilla.

Shout out to my boyfriend Nick Starr who saw the announcement on the Big John Steak & Onion sign next to The Machine Shop in Flint. Nick called me with the exciting news.

Nick went right in to get the scoop on the new Big John quesadilla options, and to try one for himself.

Big John Steak & Onion employee, Heather Ferris, was kind enough to answer a few questions, while she made Nick a steak and cheese quesadilla.

Big John gives you the option of wrapping your choice of steak, cheese, and onions, or chicken, cheese, and onions in a grilled quesadilla shell. Don't forget to ask for sour cream on the side - yum!

According to Heather, Big John Steak & Onion fans can enjoy quesadillas at the following Genesee County locations,

• Flint - Dort Highway
• Grand Blanc - Perry Road
• Flint - Pierson Road

So how tasty is the new Big John steak, cheese, and onion quesadilla?  According to my field reporter Nick, it is freaking delicious!

I can't wait to try one!

Here's a quick hack for Big John Steak & Onion salad fans (myself included), order a quesadilla shell on the side, and place some of your salad in it. Yum!
