Genesee County COVID-19 Vaccinations Are Booked All Through February
If you haven't set an appointment to receive a COVID-19 vaccination yet, then you'll have to wait until March to receive one.
I had a feeling this was going to happen, especially in the Genesee county area. We're already operating on limited resources. So I wouldn't expect anything to happen quickly around here. We just don't have the resources.
People can no longer book appointments online with the Genesee County Health Department to get the Covid-19 vaccine. The website currently says 'no times are available in the next month (from January 7, 2021 to February 6, 2021.' The website does not indicate when people will be able to schedule appointments again online.
Well, at least we know people are excited to get vaccinated in Genesee County. I know some people are still a bit hesitant to receive a vaccine and that's OK. Those are the same people that don't want a flu shot either. What I'm saying is don't let either one influence the decision you wanna make to secure your health.
I personally will be receiving the vaccine ( If I can get an appointment) when the time is right. I believe that medicine has advanced to a point where we can combat any viral outbreak if we coordinate with each other to reach herd immunity. History will show that over time we can conquer any disease or virus. We just have to work together and throw false information to the side.
