I remember the first day that we reported the first case of COVID-19 and thinking about how scary it was. Things are a lot scarier as we now sit with 349 cases and 10 deaths.

Those numbers don't even come close to what we're seeing as a total across the state of Michigan. We now have 10,791 cases of COVID-19 and 417 deaths.

I can't wait until the day when we can tell you there are no new cases in the state. Unfortunately, I feel that's going to be awhile.

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) have been reporting COVID-19 case numbers in a daily web update at 3 p.m. Here are the current numbers.
