German Cop Shoulder Blocks Girl Face First Into Cement Stairs

I know riots are no joke but this cop showed absolutely no mercy.  He not only blindsided the chick with a vicious shoulder block, he also sent her face first into the cement stairs.  The reaction afterwards reminded me of my childhood.  My brother use to hurt me all the time and then immediately apologize to keep from getting in trouble.
