Cops Daughter Shows Up After He Was Hit By Fleeing Suspect [VIDEO]

This is a crazy coincidence! This officer was trying to arrest a driver for a DUI when the suspect tried to drive off. He tried to stop the vehicle but ended up snapping his arm in the process. A couple minutes later, his daughter happened to be driving by and stopped to comfort him.
