Someone is clutching her pearls. Brace yourself, Peggy Sue, tattoo shops will now be allowed to operate in downtown Grand Blanc.

According to ABC 12, the Grand Blanc City Council approved tattoo shops opening in the downtown area, and laundromats. What a time to be alive. Tattoos and laundry, welcome to 2025.

All kidding aside, it has never dawned on me that there is no tattoo shop or laundromat in the downtown area. But wait, there is more. The city council also voted to prohibit new smoke shops and adult-themed businesses in the downtown area.

In layman's terms, you will not see an Adam & Eve-type store or any new vape shops in downtown Grand Blanc. For now anyway.
