Guy B.Y.O.B’s To DUI Hearing!

I  guess people may need some liquid encouragement before a date or maybe a wedding reception speech, but NOT before a DUI hearing.

The "Times Herald-Record" is reporting New York resident Keith Gruber showed up to his pre-trial hearing for a DUI charge an hour and a half late and was carrying a black bag.  Inside the bag were 4 beers!  Make that a total of 5 beers because he was actually drinking a can too!

Obviously Gruber is being held in jail.

WTF, who Brings their own beers to court?  I don't think a court summons is by any means an invitation and I am quite certain it does not read "B.Y.O.B" anywhere on the document.
