Guy Cuts Off Parking Meter With Saw After Getting a Ticket

Fake or real? You be the judge on this one.

Apparently these guys didn't make it back to there vehicle in time and the parking meter expired. After arguing a bit with the meter lady some crazy looking guy comes out and cuts off the meter. If this is fake, it seems like there would be a lot that would have to go into it.
