Hissho Sushi and Craft Beer Bar Open In Brighton Meijer Store

How did I miss this? A new sushi and craft beer bar is open inside of the Meijer store in Brighton.

Hissho Sushi and Craft Beer officially opened last Friday. The bar/restaurant offers more than sushi. You can also get breakfast, and appetizers. The breakfast menu includes avocado toast and smoothies. Appetizers include Asian chicken wings, shrimp and more.

As far as the craft beer, that is a partnership between Hissho Sushi and Bells Brewery. How cool is that? I live in Fenton, so Brighton really is not that far of a drive for me. If you are driving from the Flint area, plan on a 40-45 minute drive.
