Homemade German Fire Crackers Are Way Better Than Ours

I think it's safe to say that my township office would have a problem with one of these.  I'm not entirely sure what this guy put in this thing but that is one hell of a Boom.  I was curious to see what the reaction was when he lit it.  As I suspected, it was "run like hell."  Be sure to watch to the end to see what's left of the stump.
