Homemade Tilt-O-Whirl

I don't trust carnival rides when they are set up by professional carnies, so you can beat your ass I would not be riding a homemade Tilt-O-Whirl. Check out the video evidence that people are stupid as hell.

I know these dudes are speaking some other language, but something about this is so white trash to me.  I guess I can't blame these dudes though.  It doesn't look like they have the internet or cable or even running water.  What are they supposed to do for fun?
