I Spy – A Machine Shop Neon Sign Spotted In New Kid Rock Video

Michigan's own Kid Rock dropped a new song and video featuring Monster Truck called 'Don't Tell Me How To Live'. Seriously, could there be a more Kid Rock song title than that?

The no holds barred entertainer does not hold back on this track, or the video for that matter. I have to admit this is the first time I have seen someone flying around on a giant middle finger in a music video.

I was also pleasantly surprised to see a Machine Shop neon sign featured in the video too. It is no secret that Kid Rock has been a big supporter of the world-famous Flint, Michigan venue for years. You will see the sign a few times throughout the video, and I did take some screenshots too.

My favorite lyrics in 'Don't Tell Me How To Live' are when Kid Rock references every kid getting a trophy. Preach Kid Rock, preach. I have been saying that for years. Whatever happened to first, second and third place? He's right - every kid gets an undeserving trophy these days.

Trust me trophies are not the only thing Kid Rock is rapping about. From the first amendment to comparing himself to Reverand Run and David Lee Roth - he covers all bases. Regardless of whether you are a fan of Kid Rock or not, the fact that he is showing love for The Machine Shop in his new video deserves to be acknowledged. That being said, I am in no way trying to tell YOU how to live.
