Today I came across a new single from "Tree," but I didn't remember dropping my debut album 'Straight Outta Sodor' yet... so obviously I was a bit confused. It turns out there is a rapper/producer from Chicago that has assumed my identity. Unfortunately for him, this name is like the 'Highlander' -- there can be only one.

Obviously, I can't be having anyone misrepresenting my brand. So I'm going to settle this like we do in the streets... by calling my team of lawyers! Better watch your back, fake Tree. My homeboys Irving G. Markowicz and Associates are 'bout to serve that ass... some legal documents and such!
