According to an unnamed source, Amazon is planning to build a new site in Flint. It was said that it could be a fulfillment center. However, that part seemed unclear as it could also be a distribution center, retail location, data center, corporate office, or tech hub.

Where Would the Rumored Amazon Site be Located?

It's being said that an Amazon center will be built right off Pierson Road at I-75 in Flint. The site would be on the lot where Meijer used to be before it was demolished in 2015. That lot offers just over 42 acres.

As of right now, that's all the information that we have regarding the Amazon rumor.

Hopefully, the rumors are true as this would bring so many new jobs to the Flint area.

The nearest Amazon fulfillment center at the moment is in Pontiac.
